Do you think Clemson is Championship Material?

Just as the title states, do you think Clemson could be a contender for the ACC championship, and possibly the National Championship?
I personally think they are good enough to win both. With last years win agianst5 LSU, and if they go on to beat UGA and hopefully run the schedule, then I think they should. Of course politics may get in the way, but damn they deserve it if they play that well. I hate how things run. Lat year they should have played for the ACC championship. C'mon, GA tech had a way worse record than Clemson and played for the ACC championship. I think the best two teams need to play for it regardless.

I feel that not winning an ACC championship would be a let down with the abundance of talent we have this year. Of course the national championship is a whole different matter Alabama is too good to expect us to take them down but getting there wouldn't surprise me with our Boyd back for his senior year. Also from what I've seen from the defence from the few videos of fall camp I could find seeing a large improvement there wouldn't surprise me and would only help us with bcs hopes.

I think we'll find out for sure this coming Saturday. Depending on how we handle and defeat UGA. Taking the dawgs down will put us on track to the national championship, assuming the bcs doesn't screw us over...

I agree. The BCS in known for doing that. It seems like they favor certain conferences and teams. Cannot wait for the brackets to be put in place.
