Clemson fans planning a 'Silent Out' vs. U of L

There've been blackouts and whiteouts and blueouts and other colorouts, but Clemson's fans hope to try a "Silent Out" when Louisville football comes to town on Saturday for a 3:30 p.m. showdown at Memorial Stadium.

Think Kansas' "Rock Chalk Jayhawk" before hoops games, with only the eerie and none of the chanting.

It appears the movement started from a radio host and Clemson fan named Clemson Tom, who posted on Twitter a meme with #SilentOut at the top and instructions for fans to stay quiet during Saturday's pregame warmups.

Won't happen. You have too many people that are not on social media. Not to mention I like cheering when the buses make that turn toward the Hill.

I agree about the cheering when you see those "Young" buses.

Horrible Idea. Glad we were able to put Petrino's foot in his mouth.
