You can see where there were some stickers where the paw awards would be. Interesting that they would not be there. I did contact the AD with the serial on the inside and they did confirm it was his. Going to replace the awards, hopefully the AD will send me some, and yes it is a new chinstrap. It was missing the original. I found out which one he used and replaced it. It is amazing on how the helmets that make it out are missing so many details.
